usefomo is an interface for launching tokens on third-party launchpads (pump.fun on Solana, Pons on Robinhood Chain) with the token's creator fees pointed at a fomo account. The launch itself is a transaction you sign with your own wallet. usefomo never holds your funds or your keys.
Every token launched through usefomo splits its creator fees on chain: 20% to the usefomo treasury, the deployer reward you choose (0-10%) to your wallet, and the rest to the chosen fomo account's wallet. The split and the added creator tax are fixed at launch and cannot be changed by usefomo. Payouts are pushed by a keeper and depend on the launchpad, its contracts and network conditions.
usefomo is not affiliated with fomo, pump.fun or Pons. Their rules, fees and contracts apply to every launch. Pons' owner can re-point any Pons token's fee recipient after a 3-day timelock; usefomo cannot stop that.
Naming a fomo account as a recipient does not mean its owner endorses, created or promotes the token. Profile data is read from fomo. An account owner can opt out, after which its share of new payouts stops.
You are responsible for what you launch: its name, image and description must not infringe anyone's rights, impersonate anyone, or mislead buyers. Tokens are highly speculative and can lose all their value. Nothing on usefomo is financial advice.
usefomo is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, usefomo is not liable for losses from using it, from smart contracts, launchpads, wallets or networks, or from market activity.
